Technical Data Entry Specialist
Superior organizational and presentation skills are key. Position requires solid general computer skills, with knowledge of Windows XP and Unix a big plus. Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Ability to compose and edit a variety of documents and presentations
- A good understanding of folders and network drives, USB devices, CD / DVD burners
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) mandatory
- Data entry and data loading skills
- Report preparation consisting of graphics (MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Compiling reports, printing and folding oversize plots
- Generating CD’s and DVD’s for delivery to clients, burning disks, printing, and applying labels
- Ability to compile data often delivered in diverse formats and enter it into our computer system for use by the data processing staff
